About Us

Black Peony Group is one of the 520 key enterprises and the largest denim manufacturer in Mainland China. The group has had a unique vertical production plant set up from fabric to ready-made garment e.g. spinning mill, weaving mill, dyeing and finishing mill, garment factory and washing laundry. Annual capacity can reached to 80 million meters of denim with more than 1,000 varieties from 3.6 oz to 17 oz/sq. yd.

Changzhou Bonton Fashion Company Limited was found in the year of 1992, which is one of the subsidiary factories to the Black Peony (Group) Company Limited. This factory is located in Changzhou, Jiangsu Province (which is about 3 hours by car from Shanghai). Factory workshop spreads over space of 30,000 square meters.

Being backed up by the mother company - a long established fabric mill, we have the unique superiority in fabric development as well as new product development. At the time being, we have over 50 production lines, with 2,000 sophisticated machines imported from abroad, are in running which giving a total output of 6 million pieces of garment ends up with a turnover in excess of USD24 millions annually.

Bonton is specialize in making all kind of denim wears e.g. jeans, shorts, shirts, skirts, dresses and jackets, both for men's' and ladies or even children were fall within our production range. Our normal production lead time is around 70 - 75 days after order confirmation.

Inside our garment factory, we owned an in-house Laundry facility which gave us a bigger room and more flexible utility in making new product development. Being equipped with such facility, we were able to handle big variety of trendy washing starting from basic wash such as "Normal Rinsing", "Sandblasting", "Enzyme Wash" to trendy washing as "Tinting", "Biological Wash", "Stone Bleaching", "Monkey Wash", "Mustache Wash" or in a mix of the above washing.

We co-ordinate and carry out our production strictly in accordance to the ISO9001 quality system. Our products are mainly exported to Japan, Australia, USA and EU market.
